This service is provided for any account where a difficult claim exists, as identified by the account executive, claims management specialist or client. This service includes intervention in lawsuits and any claim where the insurance carrier fails to act in a timely and responsible manner.

CLAIMS REPORTS

Claims reports are provided when requested by the customer and/or account executive.

CLAIMS MEETINGS

Claims meetings are scheduled and facilitated when requested by the customer and/or account executive.

WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS

We will conduct a workers’ compensation claims review prior to the unit stat card filing. This service is provided for workers’ compensation customers when requested by the customer and/or customer account executive.
